It's the year 2023 and if a beauty brand is not making an eyeliner that goes on gel-like, then I really don't know what they're doing. But do they really last long? This one is called long lasting. The real test is how long it will stay on the waterline. I have never found an eyeliner that stays on my waterline and doesn't gather on the inside. Black goopiness? No one likes that.
