When I use dry conditioner, I also go in on the ends like this to hydrate the ends of your hair and to provide more volume. Look at that! With just a few sprays in the roots and the ends, my hair volume has just increased so much and it stays that way throughout the day. It's not just right when you spray it in, it lasts all day long. Hey guys, so my hair is looking super dull today and I want to give this living proof deep freezer, instant deep freezer a try for the first time. It literally says just about 6 to 10 inches apart. Spray in a sweeping motion. It's a super fine mist so that's cool. I don't know how much is too much. I think I can confidently say this looks beautiful. The smell is actually really strong though and I have to like step away for a second but maybe don't do it in such a confined space but I can't recommend this enough. I feel like the results definitely speak for itself.
