I finally got a period cup and I am so so excited. The reality is period cups are way better for our body, our planet, and our finances. Tampons cause so so much waste and often have much more within them than we realize so I'm so excited to try this.

I think I'm going to do a live with all the menstrual cups that I have for you so I can talk more about each one of them. But this one I already like because it's really flexible. This is really long. Of course you can cut it and it's like the perfect size. What do you guys think? I also like that the holes are kind of bigger too.

Originally, I thought that this was going to be much bigger because of the picture size, but it's pretty small. So all you do is fold it in half, so it's like that. And then you apply, it opens up, think of this as like a tampon string, and when you're ready, you take it out, wash it up, and you can reuse. So this is good for 12 hours a day, and you can sleep with it overnight. And it's also BPA-free medical-grade silicone, and it's better for the world. So no more wasting with pads, no more wasting with tampons. I would suggest this, and it's comfortable, so it's not like, oh my gosh, this is irritating me. It's not. It doesn't at all. Super comfortable, easy to take out, easy to use. You can use it for years, and when you're ready to buy a new one, there you go. Way less than pads and tampons.

Hey, I wanted to quickly talk about this menstrual cup. This is the second one I've ever tried and the only one I will ever use. I swear by this brand, it's by the brand Lunette and I love it because of how flexible and durable it is. It lasts for up to four years and was really easy to insert. It does take a few practices, like one or two times, but once it's in, it's in and this thing held. It can hold for up to 12 hours and all you do is boil it after you use it and you're good to go again. I really love this you guys. I couldn't recommend it enough. Definitely go for this brand if you're ever going to try a menstrual cup.
