How to use

Application:

Dynamic or flash cupping only.
Never leave your cup suctioned in 1 place - always keep it moving and use a liberal amount of oil or other lubricant for easy glide of your cup.
Do not pull on skin, anchor with your free hand. Recommended use 5 minutes per treatment area 2-3 times a week for the initial 4-6 weeks, followed by 1x weekly for maintenance.

Care Instruction:

Remove rubber bulb.
Wash glass cups in warm soapy water.
Do not freeze, heat, microwave or boil the cups.
