Okay guys, let's talk macro greens 60 seconds or less. One, I will be reordering this. Two, I have noticed that it helps with my appetite. Three, it's helped me become more regular, which is huge for me. Not to be TMI, but I was like a once a week pooper, took all kinds of fiber, all that stuff. Didn't seem to help. After four days of taking this, I began having daily poops. It's fabulous. It's got lots of probiotics, nutritional stuff. You can read all about that in the details. They recommend to take it with like juice or smoothie, to help with the taste. I just take it with eight ounces of cold water every morning. Tastes is okay. It's not terrible. It's not great. It is what it is. What do you expect? When I reorder, I'll probably do the 20 ounce. It's 60 servings and it works out to be like about a buck 50 a serving. The 10 ounce, which is 30 servings is like a buck 80 a serving. I still don't think that's bad. I mean, it's cheaper than an energy drink and it's got way more nutritional value. I really like this stuff.

All right, so I've been trying a ton of different supplements and green juices in particular So I'm gonna give you a lowdown on this macro life macro greens the pros and the cons here So pros you're gonna get five servings of fruit five servings of vegetables with very low Carbohydrates and very low calories, so it's gonna be amazing for weight loss And if you're just trying to add extra vitamins and extra greens to your diet It's gonna be great for digestion also because it's packed with probiotics you get like 18 billion units So that's incredible It's also gonna give you a lot energy because it has green tea extract and ginkgo biloba So that's an added benefit, and it has echinacea and a ton of vitamin C So it's gonna help you get over illnesses the cons I tried it with both water and in a smoothie I I could drink some earthy stuff, but man. This is the earthiest one. I've tasted so I don't recommend it and just water I put it in a smoothie, and then it was just fine So unless you're like you really like earthy stuff, then go for it, but that's what I recommend

We're in the spring and so I've just been trying to be a lot more healthier and I've been trying these macro greens And honestly the taste isn't bad I mix it with some apple juice like 1 4th a cup of apple juice and then the rest will just be water and I put some ice in it because I Just can't do warm drinks But I just put it in the blender. That's why it's kind of foaming like that I will say it's kind of hard to mix like if I mix manually I'll get a bunch of like itty bitty pieces of like nastiness, but it's really good Yeah, it's really good

We love having these macro greens in the house. I have had multiple kind of like green drinks, and this is one of my favorites, plant-based. It helps you with your energy, and it's full of vitamins, and it comes in a nice drink. So what's easier than getting your fruits and vegetables, but a drink, and it actually tastes good.

Today we're trying Macro Life Naturals Macro Green Superfood. They come in these super cute single serving packets and contain five servings of fruits and vegetables. It also has 18 billion probiotics so I'm super excited to try this. As someone that's tried a lot of green powders, this one's not bad. I would say that I would give it an 8 out of 10 on taste because it does taste a little sour, like kind of like lemon. I don't know if that's just me but I can definitely see myself waking up making a smoothie and throwing a pack of this into it.
