I did not want to come on here and leave a review on this until I was taking it for a while now So I've had this for a couple months I mix it with orange juice or I'll add it into my morning smoothie like this And I have seen such a difference in my energy I've seen a difference in and it doesn't claim to help this but like in the pains whenever my cycle comes it has like beets and oranges and just a whole bunch of different red fruits and vegetables if You are looking for just getting your daily intake of the things that you need try this

Everyone so I've been testing out this macro life miracle reds and there's a lot to say about it in general These red juices are really known for having a ton of antioxidants and giving you energy and all that great stuff This one is similar to that, but it has a few other added benefits For one they add a ton of probiotics. They have 1 billion non-dairy probiotics in there, which is huge It has elderberry. So it's super high in vitamin C like 700% So it's gonna help you get over, you know any kind of illness It's gonna help give you that boost for sure with those two things. It also has mangosteen in it So if you don't know about that, it's a really strong antioxidant that helps fight infections and it's anti-inflammatory It's really expensive and hard to find so that's a huge selling point for me that that's in here And the flavor it's just when you just mix it with water. It's just like water with a hint of flavor I think it'd be better to mix it in with smoothies
