Welcome to a morning in my life. I started off by going on a little bike ride just to get some exercise in for the morning. And now I'm going to be making my favorite breakfast greens smoothie, featuring a new favorite product of mine, which is a superfood greens powder. It is packed with chlorophyll, vitamins, antioxidants, all that good stuff. It's just a perfect way to get your greens in and I love adding it to my smoothies because I barely taste it. And it only took four days to come after I placed my order, which was so super convenient.

I just got this, I'm ready to try it. But spirulina is a algae like plant that grows underwater and it gets its color from chlorophyll. So I like to take it for overall just health and wellness. Look into spirulina and what it's good for. But one thing that I don't like about this, okay, maybe this isn't something to complain about, but I'm going to. Who can read that? Nobody can read that. I'm 50, I can't read that. I had to get my magnifying glass out to look at how to use this. So yeah, we need bigger lettering, okay? But this is what it looks like. It really is a dark green powder. And it's one teaspoon and you're supposed to take one serving a day, okay? I got my magnifying glass out and I could finally read what it said. I don't know why it irritates me, but it does. I hate when I get a container and I can't read the writing. So I'm going to mix about one teaspoon into yogurt. There's better ways.

I am making a review on this superfood powder It's called the speluna powder if I'm saying it right, but you can see here that I made a smoothie And this is the speluna Superfood smoothie that I made and I garnished it with some berries and some toasted coconuts On it on top of it also this contains banana mango ripe avocado, baby spinach You know also a cup of almond milk the speluna powder chia seeds and maple syrup and vanilla you know and It looks good.
