Hey y'all, so I love Bifida Ferment Lysate, which is the main hero ingredient in this Bifida line by Monyo. And I think this is actually their hero product. This is the one I've been most impressed with. It's the most cosmetically elegant. It's got a hyaluronic acid blend. It's got peptides. And of course, it's got the ferment, the Bifida Ferment Lysate. And the reason I love this so much and why I'm probably going to integrate it into my skincare for as long as I'm using tretinoin or acids is because it really focuses more on healthy skin and healthy aging and keeping that barrier strong so you can use your actives more often. I think that's something in the Western world we kind of forget and that K Beauty and J Beauty does so well is the idea that your skin kind of already knows how to take care of itself and providing it with the optimal environment to do that is really the best way to prevent a lot of these skin conditions that we're suffering from. So yeah, I'm going to recommend this to you and I want you to try it for at least a month and I guarantee your skin will improve drastically.
