What it is?

The MASTERPAN 10”x14” Double Sided Grill and Griddle is exceptional for all cooking hobs except induction. Its durable cast aluminum material is built to last, suitable for everyday use, and easy to clean. Our premium tested non-stick coating lasts significantly longer than your usual non-stick cookware, and can be used worry-free on any heat source, except induction. The superior cooking surface is specially designed to balance heat distribution evenly throughout the entire grill for a pro-level searing, BBQing or roasting experience befit for a king or queen. To make all your food fantasies come true, flip the grill over and take advantage of the equally deluxe griddle on the other side. The Grill and Griddle features a conveniently removable handle, is dishwasher safe, as well as PFOA, lead, cadmium, and heavy metal free.

How to use

The grill, without the handle, is oven safe for up to 175C (350F) for up to 60 minutes. Remember to remove the wooden handle before using in the oven or directly over any heat source. Once you're done cooking and the grill cools down, you can put it in the dishwasher or place it under hot water for an easy clean. We always recommend hand washing vs dishwasher as it increases the life cycle of any non-stick coating.
