What it is?

The MASTERPAN 11" saute & sauce pan with glass lid is made from cast aluminum with a premium non-stick coating and 2 side bakelite helper handles, and is ideal for sauteing meats, cooking sauces, stir frys, stews, curries, soups, crepes, pancakes, eggs, quesadillas, and much more. It has deep 3" sides that reduce easy spillage and splatter when frying. Its double layer, nonstick Xylan Plus coating by Whitford is PFOA, lead, cadmium, and heavy metal free making it safe and durable for daily use and incredibly easy to clean. The sleek style and ultra durability fulfills all your cooking desires. The heavy gauge base allows it to be used safely on any heat source including induction, and is designed to distribute heat evenly throughout the pan for amazing results when browning and searing foods. The sturdy and ergonomic helper handles allows this pan to be dishwasher safe. You’re a better cook than you think you are! All it takes is cookware designed with food in mind.
