I sent them a picture, I gave them the order number, and they sent me a new set. Not just one, they sent a new set. So nice. This is the first time I've had matching nice cups in my life. Thank you.

I just have to start out by saying that these might be my favorite purchase that I've made from Flip so far. The half glass by Material is honestly probably one of the cutest cups that I own now and I use it for absolutely everything. They're lightweight, they have a thin rim, but they're super durable and stack super nicely in each other. I'm absolutely obsessed and I use them almost every day to drink my cold brew out of.
