A sharp knife is always the safest, but everyone has that one dull knife that they wanna keep around for a while. So I decided to get this knife sharpener, literally called the sharpener, because it was lightweight and easy to use. Let's put it to the test. This is one of my dull knives I'll be using on a tomato, which we all know should be easy to cut through with a sharp knife, right? So I sharpened it about 10 times in one direction, pulling back just like I'm supposed to do. It did slice through a little better. Would I recommend it for a pro chef? No, however, I would say this is good for a regular home chef that cuts vegetables or similar food items occasionally. Enjoy.

Use one hand to study the sharpener and then the other hand is going to pull the knife through all in one motion, anywhere from three to 10 times, depending on how sharp your knife needs to be.
