We cooked steaks last night and I was really excited to cut into them using the table knives from Material Kitchen. They come four to a set in that pretty wood maple holder. I've wanted a set of knives like these to have in case we ever had guests over, but I needed to make sure that they were actually going to do a good job cutting. I was pleasantly surprised by how good of a job they did cutting through my New York strip and we really enjoyed this dinner and how beautiful our new knives are. I picked up the most aesthetic knives from Material. They come in a trio. It's called the Trio of Knives. They are so cute. Just look at them. And then I started using it to cut up my lemon for my lemon water in the morning. And let me just tell you, this lemon cut like butter. These will be my new go-to knives from here on out.
