• For Face: Apply after cleansing and toning steps but before moisturizing. Squeeze a few drops on to palm and rub hands together. Gently pat thin layer of oil over face and neck until even coated.

• For Body: Apply a few drops at a time to different parts of your body, preferably on lightly damp skin or after bathing. Massage thin layer of oil until oil is evenly dispersed. Use throughout the day as needed.

To nourish and hydrate hair, apply before washing hair. Apply a few drops of oil to palm of hand and evenly disperse product in hair by starting from root to scalp. Leave in hair for 30 minutes and wash out with clarifying shampoo. Use 1-2 times per week.

To control frizz and restore shine, apply one drop of oil after a shower, while hair is damp.

Nail & Cuticle Oil:

Apply a drop oil on to fingertips and gently massage oil to nail beds and cuticles. Repeat steps for opposite hand. Use when skin around nails are dry and cracking.
