So ever since I got pregnant with my daughter, I have been a sweaty mess at night. It's just Not my favorite thing. I overheat. I have nightmares. So if anybody has any suggestions on that, please let me know I will definitely use the rest of This bottle and probably repurchase it when it's gone because it was such a big deal that it even like helped with the chest area But yeah, if you're if you're a sweaty girl like me probably a good purchase
