About Mentari Toys

Our earth friendly toys are made with love from sustainably sourced wood from plantations in Indonesia. We believe in a greener future for our children and replant every tree that we use, so enabling a cycle of regeneration. Established in 1988, we have been designing and manufacturing quality sustainable wooden toys, inspiring children’s imagination and creativity all over the world. We are very proud to introduce you to our beautiful new range of wooden toys, designed with childhood development in mind, and all made with responsibly sourced timber. From untreated wood to the finished product, every single stage of production happens in the same family-run factory. Once each toy has been hand-painted, assembled and checked, it is wrapped in paper and packaged in recycled cardboard. We are deeply committed to protecting Indonesia’s natural resources and only work with reclaimed rubber wood, a by-product of the latex industry. In addition, for every reclaimed tree we use, we plant a new one, driving ahead the cycle of regeneration. Ethical trading throughout the supply chain as well as customer satisfaction is our priority and we have been awarded the ICTI Ethical Toy Program seal of approval. All of our toy products meet the European, American, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand standard safety of toys according to EN71, ASTM, SOR and AS/NZS ISO. All our toys carry the CE marking and are tested to the highest standards. We hope that you enjoy our beautiful ranges as much as we have in creating them.
