The skirts pleats are more flat and therefore the skirt lies more straight than A-Line. This skirt could be used for more than just uniforms! Our recommendation for sizing is as follows: XS: Kids size 16/18 adult 0/2 S: 2/4 M 4/6 L: 8/10 XL 12/14
