Our new mason pan has finally arrived. This is the Rondo, who knows how to pronounce it, but it is enormous. I am excited about this pan because it's non-stick, you know, they say that it's going to be great regardless of induction or a gas stove. It's enormous though, definitely not a one-handed pan, so I'm slightly concerned that that's going to be a challenge, but it comes with this instruction card. You just scan the QR code and go from there. Follow me to see how it turns out.

The only pan you'll need for your new favorite brunch staple is the Misen Rondeau. Now, a Rondeau just doesn't get enough play for me. It is one of my favorite pieces of cookware. Reason being that it has the width of a large pan, but then the shallow depth of a pot. So it's perfect for making something like shakshuka, which is one of my favorite breakfast eat brunch items. Just comment for the recipe. I'm happy to give it to you. The great thing about the Misen is that it's triple layer DuPont Platinum, and then it's ceramic coated, so it's nonstick. The quality is awesome. It's deep enough to be able to make a sauce. It has a great seal on the lid, but then it's also wide enough and has enough surface area to crack in a bunch of eggs and make something like shakshuka. So the versatility is great. You could braise in it. You could fry in it. So many different applications here, and for the price point, the quality is really pretty awesome. The shakshuka was fantastic, and I can't recommend the pan highly enough.
