Never did I think I would be so in love with a pot. Honestly, this is such a good sauce pan. It's a stainless steel one and it so evenly and beautifully cooks my sauces. I used it last night for pasta sauce and never did I think I would need something like this in my life, but I've always used a saute pan to make sauce because that's just what I grew up using and it just didn't bother me. But no more, because this literally is a game changer. It is like, I don't even know how to describe it to you, but it makes your sauces just so evenly cooked all the way around because of the shape of it and everything. It's not just flat where you have to keep stirring it and tossing the sauce. This is like chef's kiss. That's all I'm gonna say.
