They have these great tips on the back that really helped me to be able to test out what different dosages worked for me throughout the day based on my specific needs. I've been really enjoying these as an alternative to an afternoon coffee for an energy boost because the ingredients like lion's mane, cordyceps, ginseng, ginger root, all help with a little bit more sustained focus and energy throughout the day because it's more slow releasing and you can control the dosage a little bit more. I will say they are very sweet, so if you don't like sweet flavors, they might not be for you, but they do work and I've been more focused.

This is a less of a review and more meant to be informative about the ingredients of these mojo microdose gummies so I was really excited to try these because it has adaptogens all these like Amazing mushrooms and ginseng and L-theanine is supposed to give you like calm You know energy throughout the day. That's in caffeine. That's released a Delayed release and so I was really excited about it, but it wasn't very transparent about the all the ingredients on flip For example, it says no artificial colors or flavors, but it has artificial sweetener It has sucralose, which is unfortunately a trigger for my migraine So I can't even try these or else I will get a migraine. So no, thank you I thought it would be naturally sweetened by the The strawberry and the tangerine maybe some agave which it does have maybe some monk fruit To sweeten it which it does have but it also has sugar and artificial sweetener
