It's gone to that point in the day where I've hit like my midday slump. I've had a ton of work to do today and I've literally been out all day, but I don't want to crash for the rest of the evening. I still have some things to do. So I am picking up these little Neuromints that I just got from Flip. This is the Calm and Clarity one. They have a bunch of different flavors, but I wanted to try this because it has gaba and L-thionine, which I've heard really great things about, and also vitamin D3. So let's give these a go. The packaging is absolutely the cutest. Look at these little individually wrapped containers. My boyfriend actually gave one to his grandma and she really liked it. So that just goes to show you that these can be great for anyone. I'm going to get my little boost in right now. They are all individually packed as I just showed you, and they come with, let me see how many, 12 mints per container. So let's just go for one.

So this is my second pack of these Neuro Calming Clarity mints and the way that I found I really like to use them is taking one as I'm getting ready for bed and It helps me just kind of focus and go to sleep. Maybe it's placebo, but I think it works
