Cinnamon gum. I feel like it's a divider like pineapple on pizza. Do you like it? I love it. I love cinnamon gum. I have been trying the cinnamon gum for a while. I do think that I notice it's better for me to focus. I don't know. I'll let you know more as I keep trying it, but the cinnamon flavor of this I love. It is like one of my favorite cinnamon flavored gum I've ever tried. So good.

Hi friends! I'm just hopping on with a mini flip haul so I can't wait to show you what I got. So I was lucky enough to be one of the winners on the NeuroLive and this is what they stocked the box with. It is Energy and Focus peppermint gum and each of these packages have two packs of nine pieces of gum and these are the supplement packs. Serving size is two pieces and then each serving size contains 120 milligrams of L-theanine and 80 milligrams of caffeine. So obviously one piece is half of that for as far as milligrams of L-theanine and caffeine. I cannot wait to try this. I definitely want to use this for like days when I'm at work and when I need to have energy and focus so I can't wait to try it!

I tried this out last night. I'm a night shift nurse in case you didn't know. This is the Neuro Gum Energy and Focus Gum. It has 40mg of caffeine per piece of gum, which actually is quite surprising to me, plus the other vitamins B12, B6, and L-theanine. I didn't really feel anything just because I typically take in a lot of caffeine, but I think somebody who is sensitive to caffeine or maybe if you're a person that gets migraines, I think I will really like this for migraines because you're doing the chewing action, chewing, and so it will loosen up your muscles in your neck and stuff and kind of give you something else to focus on. Plus it's got the caffeine, so I think that that would be really good for somebody who gets migraines. And also for the gym, I think this would be cool because when I go to the gym, I get- I like to chew. But 40mg per piece is pretty good. Like, that's a lot of caffeine.
