You just slide it up like that and here's what they look like I actually tried one earlier and I didn't have like any like crash during the day where I feel more tired Feel like I was pretty productive got a lot done. So honestly, I'll keep trying these but I really like them. They're very minty Pretty much just tastes like a normal mint, but it has all these benefits. So yeah, I would definitely check them out
