All right besties it's time to get your candles, grab your blankets, snuggle up in bed, and don't forget your Nod Pod weighted blanket for your eyes. Baby let me tell you this gentle pressure weighted blanket is the best thing to ever happen to me. It's dual-sided but I'm biased for the jersey because it's so cooling and relaxing. I mean the moment that I put this on my eyes I just secure it in the back and it lights out.

So I've been using this non-pod weighted sleep mask for about a week and a half now and I just absolutely love it. It's got four of these little weighted sections here. It's going to be warming on this side and then it's cooling on this side, depending on your preference. This has helped me to sleep so much better at night. It's kind of like a weighted blanket for your eyes and I love that. And it's also so great for when you have a headache. I can stick this in the freezer or I can stick it in the microwave and I just rest it on my eyes and it has helped soothe my headaches so much. I highly recommend this product.

I am about to get ready for the day, but I wanted to talk about this Nod Pod. Nod Pod, I'm assuming that's how you say it. It's a weighted blanket for your eyes. It's like an eye mat. These are weighted and you can hook it through here or you can just lay it. I really like what it's made out of. It's super soft, super comfortable. I love the weighted aspect of it. This is perfect if you get like headaches, migraines. I really do think it's great for that. I don't necessarily find myself reaching for it a ton while I sleep. If I'm having a hard time falling asleep, I'll reach for it. It's something that I would have never thought I needed until I tried it. But if you have headaches or migraines, I definitely recommend this. It is such a great way to ease that. Obviously, it's not going to fix it, but it helps ease headaches, migraines and just gives you that extra weight on your eyes.
