This is the Not Your Mother's conditioner and it is meant to reduce frizz and also moisturize your hair. This conditioner includes hyaluronic acid, which is also used on your face for moisturizing. Hey, so I don't know about you, but I'm always looking for a way for my hair to get shinier and shinier, and I have this Not Your Mother's Instant Shine Smooth Moves, and it's a rinse. So what you do is you put it in your hair. It has FrizzLock Complex and hyaluronic acid. You rinse it through your hair. I guess you shampoo it, you squeeze the excess water, you apply one to two doses of your hair from the root to the end, and it gives you a shine. And apparently when you put it on your hair, there's like a slight warming effect to it, so that's pretty interesting. But definitely loving this brand, Not Your Mother's. Cruelty-free, all the things, and definitely worth giving a try.
