Your girl's got insomnia real bad. So I'm super excited to try these. Um, they're supposed to help you sleep. Make you fall asleep more easily. Sleep better. I've never had great luck with like sleep aids in the past. So, I'm very hopeful. Okay, once you open the little pouch they remind me of like the mouthwash breath strips. And you just put it in your mouth and it dissolves. Oh, and they actually taste good. Kind of like a mouthwash breath strip. But like, a little bit fruity. I'll let you guys know how it goes tomorrow. You guys, I think that was the best sleep of my life. I was asleep before my husband, which never happens. And then I woke up like bright and early having slept so good and so soundly and I'm obsessed. You need these if you don't sleep well. Or maybe even if you do sleep well. It could be better! I could be taking these for like the rest of forever.

I wanted to come on here for the last video that I'll film today to talk about the new strips. Um, I bought them for my grandma because I don't like the idea of her taking Ambien, especially I found out some not so good side effects of it. I mean, I'm sure there's side effects to everything, but like, I don't like Ambien for her. So I bought this and some gummies. I think I like this for her better because it's more natural. There's melatonin, valerian root, l-theanine, and vitamin b6. So valerian root, I'm Russian, so we call it valerianka, like everybody knows about it. It's a natural way to kind of calm yourself down. So I was happy to see that ingredient inside. And vitamin b6, that's crazy because I know that it helps with dream recall. I don't, I'm sure it does a million other things, but like that's kind of a cool ingredient for me, not for my grandma. I don't know. Um, I quite like it. The flavor though...

Okay, so I struggle with insomnia and I always have to be taking anything that just helps me get sleepy Um, but honestly a lot of supplements I buy like don't even work properly for me and I don't know what it was like, I don't know if it's because like It was a strip and it dissolved super quickly and I I really don't know but it worked very quickly in my opinion And helped me sleep the whole night through which to me is like really hard to find when I take. Um, Like magnesium or not magnesium, sorry melatonin supplements So I honestly would Rebuy this one. I really liked it and I would recommend it to anybody that struggle with struggles with insomnia like me
