If you lay down at night trying to sleep and you just have too much anxiety, too many thoughts running through your brain and you just can't relax, I would highly recommend starting with this product. I just roll a couple of these. I sleep on my side. Especially when you're trying to sleep in an unknown place like a hotel or a distant family member's house or a friend's house that you don't feel as comfortable, these are perfect to take in your bag and just roll on a bit before you go to sleep. However, I have to tell you, you to me, if you are having trouble sleeping at night, I highly recommend journaling. Like, products aside, journaling for a few minutes every night actually helps me. So if you really are struggling with anxiety and you can't sleep right now and you've already looked into this product and it's not helping you, journaling helps me. So there's your free pro tip and I hope you get some good sleep tonight.

So this is called Wake Up. It's supposed to help with waking you up and anxiety reduction. I've used it what three days now? I think it's been since I got it and honestly I do see it helping. I really like the fragrance. It's kind of like a lemony orange and every time I get a whiff of my arm, my wrist, it's usually where I put it. It definitely is like a wake-up call but it's just it's a rolly top. Here let me show you. Rolly top looks just like this and as this sunflower we'll use that as like my arm. You just kind of go like this as such and roll it on and it smells wonderful. You'll love it.
