You just find the correct attachment, this one, plug that into your power bank and then like plug this into your laptop or like put it into a wall adapter. This can also charge multiple devices. According to the package, it says it has 14 hours of battery for a smartphone, eight hours of battery for a small tablet and four hours for a large tablet. I'm just personally excited that I won't have to carry around something so heavy anymore.
