Could this really be a Pacifica eyeshadow palette that I actually like? Let's find out. This small six pan palette called Tiger's Eye has four mattes and two shimmer shadows that are infused with hemp. Admittedly, the packaging does feel a little cheap, although it is really cute. The shades actually swatched fairly good compared to previous Pacifica eyeshadows that I have used. I like the mix of matte and shimmer in here and I could see myself being able to create a few different looks. So now I'm going to demonstrate a look that I did today using all six shadows. I was actually pretty impressed with this palette. I didn't have any issues with patchiness or difficulty blending. Everything looked really nice on my eyes and the shadows actually lasted all day. So, so far I'm actually thinking that this palette could be a winner for me.
