When I started Pacifica 25 years ago, it wasn’t because I was like: there aren’t any brands that work for me. I thought my goal was a simple one: create products using natural ingredients that were vegan and minimized the use of petrochemicals. It turns out this is actually really hard, especially before suppliers caught up to consumers. I had to learn a lot about sustainability, naturals, our dependance on industrial farming and the petrochemical industry. I’m proud to say 25 years later that we’ve stayed firm on our mission of leading with compassion for the planet, animals and you – always being cruelty-free & vegan, continuing to challenge ourselves and the beauty industry on sustainable packaging, developing with clean, naturally-derived and effective ingredients, and having a positive impact (social justice, etc…)

This is the Modify and Protect Daily Primer Lotion by Pacifica. It comes with SPF 35, it's a lightweight hydrating face lotion and makeup primer that integrates skincare and makeup benefits with sun care.

If you have oily or combination skin you're going to want to check out this sunscreen by Pacifica. It's the Mattify and Protect and it's a combination of a chemical and a physical sunscreen and It has niacinamide and zinc in there as well as some vitamin C for that antioxidant protection And I'm excited to see how this wears under my makeup If there is a fragrance it's not very noticeable How beautiful it's blended right and let's see how it feels in a little bit

Hey guys, today I'm going to review this Pacifica Medify and Protect Daily Priming Lotion. It has Vitamin C, Zinc, Niacinamide, well, it also has SPF protection, Rose Spectrum, UVA and UVB. Let's see. I like the smell. It feels very liquidy and I already have moisturizer on. Yes, I like it.

Did you know that SPF setting spray exists? It's affordable too. SPF 45 setting spray. There's vitamin C in it too. And sea minerals? I don't care about that. This is a lifesaver because you're supposed to reapply your SPF every 90 minutes or so. I'm not doing that if I spent an hour doing my makeup. Throw this in your purse, spritz it on, you're good to go for another hour 45. Also just spritz this on even if I'm not wearing makeup because I hate regular sunscreen. I like it to be clear and lightweight. This is amazing.

This is a setting spray from Pacifica, but it's also an SPF 45. It claims to be matte and sheer. If I can apply this SPF over my makeup, set it, and it has a matte finish, it'll be unlike any other setting spray I've ever used. Let's put it to the test. The mist is super fine, which is nice, and it distributes very evenly. It turns out it does dry down matte, and it doesn't compromise the glow of my makeup or dehydrate my skin.
