Creamy White Bean and Sausage Stew Ingredients: 2 cans cannellini beans (drained) ½ block cream cheese 4 fresh sausages (Italian, Creole, or I'm using @joevsmartshop fresh Andouille) 1 cup unsalted chicken broth 2 tsp @betterthanbouillon @tonychacheres No Salt Seasoning Mixed greens (This bag had kale, turnip, collard and mustard greens) • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced) • 1 bell pepper (diced) Instructions: 1. Brown sausage in olive oil, then add garlic and bell pepper. 2. Stir in beans, greens, and chicken broth; simmer 10 mins. 3.Add cream cheese and stir until melted. 4. Season with Better than Bouillon and Tony's.
