I bought this piece for $75 put about $20 and 3 days of work into it. I am listing high hoping to get 900 out of it. I normally don t list this high, but it is in pristine condition and it is a vintage name brand piece. Here is how I did it: +sanded the entire piece down +applied my wood bleach and let it soak in the sun for a few hours +applied aging wax +sanded with 320 grit to blend and smooth one last time +applied 3 coats if poly satin for protection Would you try this?

Here’s what I used for my green paint wash👇🏻 one part green paint (I used color: Blanched Thyme) five parts water apply and wipe away.. then wait and watch the magic happen.. this allows you to have a neutral base to create a color tone of your choice without every stain you choose automatically pulling orange/red.

After getting this dresser home and doing some research, I quickly found out that these dressers go for $700 USED.🤯 And nobody wanted it at the estate sale. How?! I ended up getting it for $50. Do you think I should sell it or keep it?

Is it just me or did the sun + bleach make it look even older, but in the best way🫶🏻 I spent $75 on this dresser so I was determined to flip it for free. That meant, reusing the handles.. and im so glad I did. What do you think I should list it for?

6 months ago before entering the world of content creating I had ZERO clue how much digital creators made. It’s all still so new, but I’ve learned so much in such a short time and I LOVE sharing my journey with others I started furniture flipping because we NEEDED the money. Moving across the country and starting over is not for the faint of heart, but I had a fire inside me and I decided to jump in with both feet. Life is so expensive right now and I know many others are tired of living paycheck to paycheck. Or maybe you just have some debt you’re wanting to chip away at. Whatever the reason furniture flipping CAN help If you’re willing to put in the work. The $2,800 from furniture flipping alone is a game changer for us! The content creating is just an added bonus.

Here’s how I did it: +scuff sand with 150 grit +vacuum/wipe away dust to prep for primer +apply 3 coats of Zinnser bullseye 1 - 2 -3 primer tinted in the color turbo tan (this will give you a wood colored base) + sand lightly with 320 grit before third coat of primer +apply two coats of my Retique It pickled oak gel stain +drag the the whisk broom across lightly to create grain +apply one coat of the minwax aged oak gel stain and wipe away with paper towels making sure to blend in any steaks +apply two coats of minwax poly top coat in clear satin with Thats how I turned $50 into $425 without tools or a garage!
