MakitoTravel #ClipsWinter in Japan. Some of the scenes felt like it was from a fairytale. I highly recommend traveling to Japan in the winter especially the countryside. All of these videos were taken in Nagano prefecture during February. Although cold, the breathtaking scenes and soft, fluffy snow makes the trek worth it!

MakitoVisual Arts #ClipsOne of my favorite shots that I got in Switzerland. I wanted to get a long exposure between two trains and my friend helped me calculate the exact time when the two trains would go in the opposite direction. We waited 30 minutes for the trains to pass by each other as I was safely in the middle taking the photo. Do you guys think it was worth it? Let me know in the comments below!

MakitoVisual Arts #ClipsMy favorite photos from my recent travels to Japan and Alaska. In love with this Adobe Lightroom trend since l use it to edit all of my photos. The first shot was taken in Yokohama. There were taxis everywhere and this was one of my slowshutter sped photos of a taxi. Second is my favorite aurora borealis photo ever taken. Lastly, the photo of the maiko walking through Pontoncho Alley is 3 nights work of trying to get the perfect shot. I was so happy when I finally got the shot! It was so rewarding.

I hop in Snowpiercer and drive to Do Yu Cloud Studio. But before that I get some bomb drinks from Bagel Exchange to help me stay productive and awake. Then I head up to the second floor to the office to get some work done both inside and on the rooftop. What I love about this space is that you can change your workspace pretty easily if you get bored of one spot. I do some work from noon to the evening. I 've been wanting to create a video like this for a while and I’m happy how it turned out!

MakitoVisual Arts #ClipsMy 2 years later review of the Nikon Z7 ll. This is my main camera body that I use for all of my client sessions. Weddings, engagements, portraits, events, brand work, family, etc. It hasn't failed me yet and it is a true workhorse. Originally I was going to get the Z6 ll for the smaller megapixel count and smaller file size but I'm glad I went with the Z7 lI. The 45 mp sensor comes in clutch for landscape and commercial work or any photo that you want to enlarge to a physical print.
