PaigeTravel #ClipsI m officially in love with sequoiagrove This Napa food and wine pairing experience was absolutely magical from the first sips under their ancient redwood trees to the last bites in their charming tasting room everything was a dream chef_spenccer curates the perfect seasonal pairings for each of their distinct Napa cabs offering a unique perspective on the wines Tomato salad with miso ricotta p a n -seared Salmon with cab yes and grilled duck breast with bacon onion jam were all on the menu during my visit and I can t wait to go again since the menu rotates regularly Beyond his inventive dishes I also loved his focus on l o c a l l y -sourced produce The wines were all incredible I ll be dreaming of both the 2017 Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and 2018 Cambrium for a long time to come Be sure to save this

Since I grew up in the Midwest, poke is admittedly a newer food to me — I had it for the first time two years ago on a trip to Hawaii. But it’s safe to say I’m obsessed. 😍 And Oke Poke is definitely going to be one of my new go-to spots as a Napa local!
