Protein shakes were $27ish dollars Everything else came to $20 for one week. There were cheaper options, but like I said, I’m focused on protein intake right now. Yes I know a tub of cottage cheese would have been the cheaper option, but tubs of anything gross me out.

My first job in this field was 45 minutes away For multiple reasons I am no longer at that job. I’m currently working a job where the MOST I can make is 20 an hour and that’s after YEARS of being there (plus side is there s benefits). Everything I m seeing for what I want to be doing is a minimum of 60 minutes away and some of those would even leave me in a worse financial situation after gas. Personal training near me isn’t really an option because you have to get your own clients for maybe $12/session (minimum wage in my state is $7.25) and you only get paid when you have a client. I’ve been considering starting an online training business but again, bringing in the clients is where I would struggle.
