I do have a hard time committing to something for a long time. But for my health I will try my best to keep a healthy lifestyle. I have been trying for a few years I do loose weight but then I gained it all back. I have a fatty liver so I am trying a bit harder this year. I have been reducing my red meat intake and sodas. And alcohol which it’s not hard for me because I don’t drink that much. I do need to exercise 🤭 I get really lazy but will start doing a little bit at a time.

Having girls is so fun sometimes. 🤭 my two girls love putting on nails and makeup and heels. Is so cute to see them dress up all cute. I feel blessed that I stay home to watch it all. My boy is autistic so he doesn’t really do much. The girls make him do things sometimes it’s funny. 😆

I do put my dryer on high heat too. So if you want to dry it maybe do the delicate setting so it wont shrink too much. I will air dry this next time. 😅.
