I had two total knee replacements in 2023. Betty, my left knee, had her surgery on September 11, 2023 and Wilma, my right knee, had her surgery on November 26, 2023. This week in PT, I hit a major milestone. I was on the Bosu. Standing, balancing and squatting! Will work on form as I get stronger. I’m so proud of myself in this moment! #Kneereplacement #ididthat
