#AD The exterior is FINALLY DONE!! 🎉 We are so happy with how it turned out. We’ve been looking at a 3D model for what feels like forever so to see everything come together has been amazing! The last step was installing our @Progressltg exterior light fixtures! Air exchange minimums have been a requirement in the commercial space for decades and is just now gaining traction in residential markets as high performance homes very airtight and well insulated are becoming more common and homeowners are becoming more educated on best practices in building. The Broan Nutone AI series ERV communicates with other devices throughout our home - our kitchen range hood dehumidifier and bath fans and then automatically turns on off based on the information it gathers.

#AD Deck waterproofing is inexpensive and has a lot of benefits It prevents water from contacting the deck framing provides a dry space underneath our tall deck The EPDM pond liner worked great to create sloped channels to guide the water. We will eventually install a gutter and downspout underneath the deck and connect it to the rest of our drains. Using Albion Engineering B12S20 Sausage Gun with the ribbon bead nozzle made sealing between each channel super easy. We used ZIP Liquid Flash with a large bead to ensure a good seal. This was our first time using a sausage gun and we were amazed with how little waste was created. The B12S20 can also be used for bulk loading and 10oz cartridges.
