I found this great protein drink from Phil. This is the chocolate flavored and it has three servings of fruits and vegetables so it's packed full of vitamins and it is pea protein so it's actually vegan and you get 15 grams of protein. It is just it's really tasty. The chocolate flavor is just like it's kind of like a hint of chocolate and you really do taste like the fruits and vegetables so it's more like sweet but with no sugar added to it. It's only sweetened by the fruits and no artificial sweeteners or anything like that. Everything is just all things that you can pronounce and I was really hungry yesterday and didn't have time for lunch so I grabbed this and it like really quelled my hunger. So this is going to be like my go-to snack when I want something high protein like after a workout or before a workout. I just I really enjoy this and I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors as well.

So I tried the mixed berry and I love this one even more I think because like the chocolate one, it's just like a faint bit of chocolate And so it's not it doesn't taste like a chocolate drink. It tastes more fruity. So this is just like very like Very good fruity mixed berry smoothie is what it tastes like It has 15 grams of protein. There's no sugar added It's just sweetened by the fruits and it has three servings of fruits and vegetables. There's no artificial sweeteners It really just like quelled my hunger When I grab for one and I like that it's already made like I don't have to make a protein smoothie like after a workout So I'm gonna keep buying these because they're really really good and they're full of all really great things for you and so convenient

Okay, so at this point I feel like I'm just bringing you guys all the drinks that you need to add in if you're needing energy or a post-workout. So I decided I wanted to try in my freebie the Phil Protein and it has the green, it also has chocolate and then it has a mixed berry. Also what I liked about this is there's no added sugars and you also have a good plant based protein. So I opened it up, tried it immediately, I was like oh my god this tastes so good. Usually with plant based proteins you get like that gritty, this doesn't have the grit and it's like a good sweet and it also is not like too green flavored. So the green is super good, I would definitely recommend the green flavor, I haven't given the other flavors a chance. So like, comment, let me know if you want me to review.

I ordered this variety pack of smoothies. So three different flavors. Chocolate, mixed berries and green fast. Today I decided to try green fast. 15 grams of protein, zero sugar. Let's see if it tastes great. It says shake well. I'm kind of skeptic about plant protein because usually it doesn't taste really good. It's good. It's actually nice. So I think it might be a very good snack or maybe like kind of detoxing day. I do sometimes this kind of taste like doing the smoothies only. I'll try it.

I chose this Phil variety pack as my free gift when I spent 60 and I'm obsessed because I don't really like to eat my Fruits and veggies the texture throws me off. So to be able to drink it is amazing Mixed berry and green fest were my fave. I did not like the chocolate Unfortunately, this has as much sugar as one apple So that also makes a lot of sense to me as I have a history of diabetes in the family But I love everything about it. I can't wait to get more This is just another awesome way to drink your fruits and your greens I would def try it out if you're like me and you don't eat too much fruits and vegetables
