Founded by Dr. Stephen Morrissey O.M.D. and Jenny Morrissey L.Ac., Plantiva's formulas have their roots in the 1980s and 1990s when they had a busy natural healthcare practice in Seattle. To help their patients, they used their unique precision formulation system to create a wide variety of formulas for specific targeted health conditions. Each formula is optimized to not only relieve immediate discomfort but also address underlying physiologic imbalances. Then they wanted to bring these highly effective formulas to the general public.
