Hello everyone, so today I will be trying the steamed and marinated artichokes and basil and thyme from Poshy. So it comes in a package of like 10 snack packets which is nice because um especially like on the go or like work lunches it's nice to just like throw a packet in there and add some um like some different tier ones. Each pack is 15 calories and it is vegan and keto friendly and it's also gluten, nut, and soy free. So um helping those with allergies. So we're gonna go ahead and take a try. There's a couple in here probably should be using a fork but mmm they're really good. It's like the perfect amount of tangy but then also has that flavor of basil and thyme but delicious. I mean even if you want to have this as like a little snack or it's also really nice to just throw on a salad that you bring to work you know add a little something extra to it but yeah 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Product number three in my Poshy sampler pack were the asparagus cuts with rosemary and oregano. Now these were pretty good overall. Like with the other flavors in the sample pack, the herb flavors got a little bit overwhelmed by the vinegar. However, when it comes to asparagus, I think vinegar goes really well. So I enthusiastically dug into these in case you can't tell. The portion size was pretty good for a like large side for a single person or maybe to be split into two sides for two people. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying these. They're a little expensive for everyday enjoyment, but they were so worth having occasionally.

I love eating healthy food, so I was really excited for my pochi trial pack. The one I was most excited for was the artichokes with basil and thyme. Unfortunately, I didn't taste that much basil and thyme. I mostly tasted vinegar and lime, but it still was really good, partly because I really like the taste of slightly vinegary marinated foods. I had to start working at 5.15 this morning and this three-bean salad basically saved my life. First of all, the peppers bring everything together. I know it may look kind of basic, but it actually works really well. I ended up having this at about 10 a.m. as kind of an early lunch because of how early I started my day, and it kept me going until I could eat my actual lunch. It filled up my oversized mug about halfway, so it's more food than it looked like, and it wasn't too vinegary! It's just a really great balanced side dish.
