This is a matcha green tea with some next level ingredients. It comes with ashwagandha in it, saline cinnamon, matcha, of course, and lion's mane mushroom, which we all know at this point are anti-inflammatory ingredients mostly, which helps. So I thought I'd give this a shot. I just dissolved a teaspoon in hot water and I'm gonna use my whisker tool. I also added a little bit of honey to sweeten it up. I love this tool. It's really easy to hold. Other whiskers that I've had, they're too light, and this one has two different speeds. Check it out. There's one. And then let's ramp it up. You can taste the extra ingredients a little bit, but that's not in a bad way. It's kind of got like a moon juice vibe, which I love. And my final note is I really appreciate a product that cuts down on waste and the whisker requires no batteries whatsoever and has a charger,

I'm a big fan of matcha so I was excited to try the Pau brand Wonder Matcha. It comes with its own 2-speed rechargeable whisk and they also include the USB cord which is nice. It's organic and it has no fillers, additives, or artificial flavors. It doesn't taste like grass which is good because that's how you know it's a good quality brand. If you have never tried matcha before you can use it for lattes, teas, and you can even add it to your smoothies. I like pairing it with a little honey, cinnamon, and oat milk for the perfect ice matcha latte. Enjoy!

And I have found this Wonder Matcha and it has changed the entire freaking game for me, I can't even tell you. Not only does matcha have so many health benefits, including antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, but this one specifically also has lion's mane and a bunch of adaptogens, which if you don't know are herbal ways of reducing stress. So you are getting just so many different benefits from drinking this in the mornings if you do this. There's no added ingredients, nothing unnecessary, no added sugar. It is so good, so quick and easy to make. All you need is like a teaspoon or two in the mornings. It's delicious and it has changed my stress levels immensely. I can't recommend it enough.

Okay so this is my review for Wonder Matcha by Pau. Oh my gosh I love this stuff. I already love matcha but to find something that has adaptogens in it that actually help your mental clarity, anxiety, and stress I love. The ingredients are super clean, it tastes good. I will definitely be buying this again. I like to do mine with a little bit of oat milk. Obviously I got too excited and overfilled my cup but it was super yummy. I definitely think you should try it.
