This is a matcha green tea with some next level ingredients. It comes with ashwagandha in it, saline cinnamon, matcha, of course, and lion's mane mushroom, which we all know at this point are anti-inflammatory ingredients mostly, which helps. So I thought I'd give this a shot. I just dissolved a teaspoon in hot water and I'm gonna use my whisker tool. I also added a little bit of honey to sweeten it up. I love this tool.
