nothing I used to look forward to more than my morning cup of coffee when I wake up. However, I am a bit of an anxious girly and if you're anything like me, you know that that does not make the best mix for us. I've become really passionate and conscious of not drinking caffeine on an empty stomach, but sometimes that's super hard in the mornings when I don't have a lot of time or I'm not hungry or I don't want to put food in my stomach but I still want something warm and comforting to sip on. And I have found this Wonder Matcha and it has changed the entire freaking game for me, I can't even tell you. Not only does matcha have so many health benefits, including antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, but this one specifically also has lion's mane and a bunch of adaptogens, which if you don't know are herbal ways of reducing stress. So you are getting just so many different benefits from drinking this in the mornings if you do this. There's no added ingredients, nothing unnecessary, no added sugar. It is so good, so quick and easy to make. All you need is like a teaspoon or two in the mornings. It's delicious and it has changed my stress levels immensely. I can't recommend it enough.

Okay so this is my review for Wonder Matcha by Pau. Oh my gosh I love this stuff. I already love matcha but to find something that has adaptogens in it that actually help your mental clarity, anxiety, and stress I love. The ingredients are super clean, it tastes good. I will definitely be buying this again. I like to do mine with a little bit of oat milk. Obviously I got too excited and overfilled my cup but it was super yummy. I definitely think you should try it.
