Not only does matcha have so many health benefits, including antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, but this one specifically also has lion's mane and a bunch of adaptogens, which if you don't know are herbal ways of reducing stress. So you are getting just so many different benefits from drinking this in the mornings if you do this. There's no added ingredients, nothing unnecessary, no added sugar. It is so good, so quick and easy to make. All you need is like a teaspoon or two in the mornings. It's delicious and it has changed my stress levels immensely. I can't recommend it enough.
