nothing I used to look forward to more than my morning cup of coffee when I wake up. However, I am a bit of an anxious girly and if you're anything like me, you know that that does not make the best mix for us. Okay so this is my review for Wonder Matcha by Pau. Oh my gosh I love this stuff. I already love matcha but to find something that has adaptogens in it that actually help your mental clarity, anxiety, and stress I love. The ingredients are super clean, it tastes good. I will definitely be buying this again. I like to do mine with a little bit of oat milk. Obviously I got too excited and overfilled my cup but it was super yummy.
