Hey there, this is a review of the Pretty Vulgar Silent Treatment Matte Lip Moisturizer. What a great name. So I was looking for a lip balm that wasn't shiny because I personally don't care for the glossy lip look. And true to its name, it is matte. There is absolutely no shine to this lip balm. It goes on very matte. It feels good too. It feels buttery. But it also feels kind of like a silicone primer that you put on your lips. It kind of does feel like it's just sitting there and not penetrating. And I did feel that after a while my lips were actually drier. So it looks good, feels good. As far as effectiveness, this one didn't personally work for me.

So I love lip balm. I always keep either a chapstick or lip balm on me all the time. But lately my sister has been raving about lip oils. So I decided to get one for myself. So I decided to try out the Pretty Vulgar's Silent Treatment Matte Lip Moisturizer. And as you can see, the packaging is super cute. Just kind of giving a little bit of that Bridgerton vibe with the floral print. But I love the nib and I love that it feels like butter on your lips. So it's super moisturizing and you can definitely feel it. And like I said, it is very soft to the touch on the lips. And I think it's a great product. I look forward to using more of Pretty Vulgar because this is the first time I've ever used them, but I look forward to using more. So definitely try it out.
