Hi, today I am reviewing again by pretty vulgar. They're right on the wall eyeliner pencil in the color confidential number 47 I Already line the bottom of my eyes, but this just swatches so well. I love the retractable pencil It swatches so well. It is such a smooth formula. I Really really really like this pencil It might be one of my new favorites So we will definitely see on there Who creased it a little bit right here for to set my my eye makeup earlier, but yes, I I Definitely like these pencils they go on so well. I highly recommend But yeah, this might be my new favorite pencil I'll review again later to see if it keeps up with my my actual favorite, so I recommend

So I want to talk about my new favorite eyeliner. This is the Pretty Vulgar Self-Sharpening Crayon Liner. And this isn't confidential, it's just their black color. Pigmented and super black and not too creamy, but just creamy enough. You know what I mean? And I did say self-sharpening, you can literally just twist the bottom part. I don't care what anybody says, I will always love a black waterline. As you can see, it does work very well. I'm gonna go finish this look and then I will be back with my final thoughts. Honestly, I am so impressed with this eyeliner. Usually they slide off my waterline in like four hours and it's been like six and it's still not even moving. Definitely think this eyeliner is worth the money and I want to see if they have any other colors because I'm gonna need them all in my life very soon.

Pretty Vulgar came out with this writing on the wall eyeliner in the color 47. This is the black color. It's a self-sharpening gel pencil that's great for pros and amateurs alike. You can smoke it out, it glides easily, and it didn't smudge or crease or get out of place while I was using it. It's dark and creamy and you can do some avant-garde looks with this. This is great if you prefer a pencil over Pretty Vulgar's potted gel eyeliner. The consistency feels very similar and you can get it in multiple colors. Because the tip is sharp it was easy to get wings with it and then I added my eyeshadow on top of it and some mascara and it looked flawless. This is a great, bold, rich formula from Pretty Vulgar.

It's waterproof, smudge proof, and also really smooth and creamy, so it's easy to work with all over my lids. I'm literally smudging it all over and blending it up into my crease and then taking a small brush and lining my lower lashes. Sultry, smoky, beautiful. You have to try it.
