I am loving the variety of health benefits from these pulp press juice shots. You've got the turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefits, ginger for digestion support, wheatgrass and spirulina for detox support, and elderberry for immune health. No, they don't taste bad at all and to prove it I'm gonna take a shot of the wheatgrass one which when I look at the four of them I would think that this one is probably the worst tasting. The elderberry one is kind of sweet, the turmeric one has pineapple in it so it really doesn't taste bad at all, and then the ginger one, I'm not a big ginger fan, if you like ginger you'll definitely love this but this also has apple and lemon in it to cover up the ginger. So in all I think they're all pretty sweet, even the wheatgrass has pineapple, it also has wheatgrass, spirulina, ginger, so like I said if you were worried about them tasting bad this would be the worst one. Totally not bad.

You guys, this is honestly one of the best things I've bought on Flip so far. I am absolutely addicted to these wellness shots. This is the Pulp and Press 28-Day Wellness Shot Pack. And honestly, guys, this is the easiest way to get in your fruits, greens, and vitamins, and they actually taste good. I am obsessed with these. I take one a day. I've been taking them for about a month now, and I feel fantastic. You guys have to try this.

If you're looking to try a cleanse, this is a great one to try. And tomorrow, I get to eat again. Each of the three days are the same juices, just in a different order. Depending on however many days you got of your cleanse, you just go through that. I like all of them except the two green juices. Doesn't taste good to me, and I like a green juice. Really enjoy the Eclipse. If you're taking any medications, you want to make sure you're not taking it anytime close to this because this one has activated charcoal in it. It basically kind of like absorbs things and takes it out with it. I enjoy this, and it makes your mouth a little bit black while you're drinking it. I like both of these, just different reasons. They're similar, but not the same, but I did like both of these a lot. The lemon ones are just so delicious. Apple, lemon, and beet. And this one's apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric. Both very, very good. If I had a choice, I would do it again and not get the green juices. I'd rather just have like another lemon and another beet one. Five out of seven, ain't that...

This is the Pulp & Press 3 Day Cleanse. It comes with 21 different juices, 7 for each day. They're all really yummy. I liked pretty much all of them. Some of them are a little bit sour due to the citrus, but I still really enjoyed them. Eclipse, which has charcoal, was a bit more difficult to drink due to the flavor and the texture, but I still didn't mind it too much. Benefits that I felt from this cleanse was that I felt less bloated and less sluggish throughout the day. If I were to do this again, I think I would try their green cleanse because I think it's important to get some veggies in. Though there are a couple that are green juices, the majority are all fruit, and I think that it's important while doing the cleanse to cut out a bit more sugar. Though this cleanse is convenient, it is a bit pricey, so I think I would maybe treat myself to it a couple times a year.
