I'm about to enjoy the Apressa Vasana Post-Yoga Bath. In this one, one bag, one bath. For those who've seen some of the other Pure Summer products, they'll always tell you how many baths are in a bag. I have to say this smells divine. It has cedarwood, frankincense, juniper berry. I think that's why it smells a little bit like gin. And then hohwood and cedarwood. So it is so grounding. It also looks special. You know, they use this beautiful gray French sea salt, which is coarse. And that dark color is due to the different algaes, which can be very soothing to the skin. Time for a soak.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but take a day for yourself. Do something small and kind for yourself. I didn't have the time to take a bath, so I found the time to do a foot bath for myself. And I used some of my favorite bath salts, gave them a mix, and relaxed. Have a good Sunday.

This is a great natural alternative to Epsom salt. Contains farm harvested French Gray Sea salt. 100% recycled and sustainably sourced. I love the smell of eucalyptus. It's so relaxing and calming. These beads melt away in the water very quickly. This definitely created a relaxing and calming bath.
